2. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of products offered on the vecama.fr website.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
3. Products
The products offered are new and second-hand military surplus items, tactical equipment, and outdoor accessories.
Descriptions and photographs are provided for informational purposes only and are not contractual.
4. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).
VECAMA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the price applied at the time of the order.
5. Order
Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products.
VECAMA reserves the right to cancel any order in case of payment issues, disputes, or unintentional stock shortages.
6. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon order.
Payments are accepted by credit card (CB) via a secure platform.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered in France and Europe.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.
Delivery costs are indicated to the customer before order validation.
VECAMA cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Return costs are borne by the customer.
Any return request must be made in advance by email to the following address: sylvievanden@wanadoo.fr or using the withdrawal button located at the bottom of the site page.

9. Returns and refunds
After receipt and verification of returned products, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days.
The refund will be made via the payment method used during the order.
10. Liability
VECAMA cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from improper use of the products sold.
11. Personal Data
The collected information is necessary for order processing and customer relations.
It is not sold to third parties.
12. Applicable Law
These GTC are subject to French law.
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
13. Mediation
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute.
VECAMA adheres to the CM2C mediation service (Centre de la Médiation de la
Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice).

After a prior written approach to VECAMA, the mediator's service can be seized for any consumer dispute whose resolution has not been successful.
